Diagnosed or not, the support gap is real. We built Autimly to close it.
7 day free trial. Cancel anytime. For adults, parents, and carers.
Whether you have a diagnosis or not, the real challenge is what comes after. Research is clear that non-clinical support isn't optional, it's essential. But ongoing care is impossible to find, private specialists cost £100 or more a session, and going it alone is exhausting. Most people are left to figure it out by themselves.
Autimly fills that gap. One affordable membership that gives you structure, specialist access, community, and the tools to actually move forward.
The support that helps you function day to day is not a luxury. It is the foundation. Autimly puts that foundation within reach, without it costing the earth.

Most people who get diagnosed are left to figure it out alone. Autimly gives you structure, community, and access to specialists, for less than the cost of one private session a year.
Stop wondering what to do next. Your roadmap gives you a clear, personalised plan from day one.

Whether you're awaiting a diagnosis, mid-assessment, or already diagnosed, Autimly connects you with vetted specialists, a supportive community, and guidance tailored to where you are right now.
Autimly is built for the everyday, not just the hard moments. Explore what works for you, build routines that fit your life, and find your version of balance.
Autimly looks at the whole picture. Whether you're an autistic or ADHD adult, a parent, or a carer, there's a dedicated pathway built around your needs and your wellbeing.
“When our son was diagnosed we were handed a letter and a list of websites. No one told us what to actually do next. Autimly gave us a proper starting point, something that looked at his needs and told us where to begin.”
“I’d spent months going round in circles. Different websites, nothing joined up, no one looking at the full picture. This was the first time someone actually looked at everything together and said ‘here’s where to start’ and we could actually move forward.”
“The overlap between autism and ADHD made everything harder to navigate. Most resources only covered one or the other. Autimly actually understood both, and that made a real difference to how we were able to support her.”
Whether you are just starting to make sense of things or have been navigating this for years, Autimly meets you where you are and grows with you as you learn, understand and move forward.
Every specialist is vetted before joining the network. We match you based on your roadmap. You don't search.

Specialists available on Autimly
Every specialist on Autimly is vetted and experienced in neurodivergent support. Here are the types of specialists you can access as a member.
Autimly gives you the non-clinical layer that makes everyday life more manageable, more understood and more yours. Clinical support matters but it is what happens in between that shapes how you actually live.
Your personalised roadmap cuts through the noise. Built around your answers, it tells you exactly what to focus on, what support makes sense right now, and what to come back to later.
Waiting lists should not stand between you and understanding yourself. Book a focused 30 minute session or a deeper 50 minute one with a vetted specialist, at member rates, on your timeline.
The tools in Autimly are designed for the situations you actually face, the ones no one warns you about and no generic app comes close to handling.
Live workshops and group consultations that go deep into the topics that matter most. Not surface level. Real insight, led by people who genuinely know this world.
A private, moderated community of adults, parents and carers who already get it. No starting from scratch. Just real connection with people at every stage of the same journey.
A content library built for neurodivergent minds. Practical, specific, and written by specialists who understand how your brain works, not how they wish it did.
£69.99 a year, less than 20p a day. Or £9.99 a month, around 33p a day. Your first 7 days are on us, no card required.
Everything on Autimly, for less than the cost of a single private session anywhere else, for an entire year.
Everything you share from here on is confidential and stored securely. We only use it to personalise your recommendations and, where relevant, to help match you with the right specialist.
You're not alone in feeling this way, most people who come to Autimly have felt exactly where you are right now.
The good news is that with the right support and strategies, it's possible to build routines that work with your brain, feel more confident, and get more out of each day.
Just a quick consent check to go, then we'll pull together your roadmap.
Autimly is built to support every part of your autism and ADHD journey, from deepening self-understanding, to connecting you with the right specialists and therapies, to building practical tools and community you can lean on every day.
For urgent mental health support that is not an immediate emergency, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
Autimly is not an emergency or crisis service, and messages may not be reviewed immediately. If information you share indicates that you may benefit from support beyond the scope of Autimly services, we may recommend that you contact an appropriate healthcare professional, crisis-support provider or emergency service.

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Health Data Policy”) supplements our main Privacy Policy and explains in detail how Autimly Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects consumer health data in connection with our platform and services.
By using Autimly, you acknowledge that health-related data is handled with the highest standard of care, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Health and wellness data constitutes Special Category Data under UK GDPR and is given additional protections as described below.
We will only collect, use, and share your consumer health data with your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
If you need this policy in an alternative format or accessible version, please contact us at admin@autimly.com.
This policy applies to health-related personal data collected through the Autimly website, platform, app, and any associated services. It does not cover:
Autimly is a matching and introduction platform, not a healthcare or medical provider. We do not hold clinical records and we are not subject to NHS information governance requirements. Specialists on the platform are independently responsible for any clinical records they maintain.
Consumer health data is personal information that identifies, or is reasonably linkable to, your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. This is a broad definition — it includes information you share directly with us, information we observe through your use of the platform, and information we infer from non-health data.
For example, the features you engage with on the Autimly platform — such as the areas of your roadmap you focus on, the content you access, or the type of specialist you search for — may in themselves indicate or suggest health-related information. Where this is the case, that data is treated as consumer health data and is covered by this policy.
Depending on how you use Autimly, we may collect the following categories of health-related data:
We collect only what is necessary for you to receive a relevant, personalised experience on the platform. You are never required to share health information you are not comfortable providing.
We collect health data from the following sources:
We process health data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. We use it to:
We do not use your health data for advertising or for profiling for commercial purposes. We do not use your health data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Where any promotional communications are relevant to your health interests, we will only send these with your separate, affirmative opt-in consent.
We do not sell your health data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share health data only in the following limited circumstances:
Health data is Special Category Data under UK GDPR. We process it only where:
Health data is treated with the highest level of security we apply across the platform. Our measures include:
In the event of a data breach involving health data that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) promptly, as required by UK GDPR.
We retain health data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:
You have strong rights over your health data under UK GDPR, including:
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@autimly.com. We will respond within one month. We will never charge a fee for a reasonable request and we will never retaliate against you for exercising your rights.
Where our processing of your health data is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting admin@autimly.com or by updating your profile settings. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.
Please note that withdrawing consent for us to process certain health data may limit our ability to provide personalised matching or a full platform experience.
Autimly is designed for adults, parents, and carers. Where a parent or carer provides health information about a child as part of using our services, that data is submitted by and handled on behalf of the adult account holder. We do not knowingly collect health data directly from children. If you believe we hold health data relating to a child without appropriate adult consent, please contact us immediately at admin@autimly.com.
We may update this Health Data Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on our platform. The current version will always be available at autimly.com.
If you have a concern about how we handle your health data, please contact us first at admin@autimly.com.
